1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or booking a session on OnlinePadhai, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or have parental consent if younger), and that you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Description of Services

OnlinePadhai provides an online platform connecting students (Classes 6–12) with qualified teachers for live, chapter-wise learning sessions. Sessions are 45 minutes in duration and cover subjects including Mathematics, Science, English, and Social Studies across CBSE, ICSE, and State Board curricula.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Booking and Cancellation Policy

• Sessions must be booked in advance through the platform.
• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the session start time are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may not be eligible for a refund.
• OnlinePadhai reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to teacher unavailability, with full refund or rescheduling offered to the student.

5. Payments

Session fees are displayed at the time of booking. Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes. OnlinePadhai does not store your payment card details.

6. Teacher Applications

Teachers who apply to OnlinePadhai must provide accurate information about their qualifications and experience. OnlinePadhai reserves the right to approve or reject applications at its sole discretion. Approved teachers agree to conduct sessions professionally and in accordance with our content guidelines.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Share your account credentials with others.
• Record, reproduce, or distribute session content without explicit written permission.
• Harass, abuse, or harm teachers, students, or staff.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.
• Upload or share content that is offensive, misleading, or infringes on third-party rights.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the OnlinePadhai platform — including session materials, course content, logos, and software — is the property of OnlinePadhai or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnlinePadhai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific session giving rise to the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that sessions will always meet your expectations. Academic outcomes depend on individual effort and are not guaranteed.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
